On trial day, we oversee check-in and maintain accurate records throughout the event. We coordinate closely with the event committee, lure operators, and volunteers to keep everything running smoothly. As results come in, we manage on-site recording and updates, ensuring every qualifying run or score is properly documented. Our presence h

Our presence helps provide structure, organization, and peace of mind to both the club and exhibitors. We offer printed qualifying ribbon stickers with exhibitors information, time, MPH, and points.

As part of our trial secretary services, we are proud to offer special recognition awards in addition to standard placements. Each weekend, we present Fastest Dog Awards and Turtle Awards in all three height categories, as well as a special Fastest Standard Poodle Award in honor of our own beloved dog. These awards are presented as beautifully crafted, custom rosettes. Should a winning team be unable to attend on the final day of the trial, we will gladly mail their award at our expense to ensure every recipient receives their recognition.
