Contract/Agreement

The Secretary agrees to provide professional secretary services for FastCAT and/or CAT events sanctioned by the American Kennel Club (AKC) or other governing bodies. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Setting up and managing online entries and day-of-event registrations.
• Processing payments and entry forms.
• Managing trial software and event records.
• Generating reports and official results for submission to AKC or other governing organizations.
• Preparing run orders, scoring sheets, and other essential trial documents.
• Providing on-site trial secretary duties during event dates.

The Client agrees to pay the Secretary the following:

1. Base Fee: $2.00 (USD) per dog, per run processed and/or recorded.
2. Mileage Fee: 
   • $0.60 per mile, round-trip, from Secretary’s base location: Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania (zip code 17740).
   • Mileage will be calculated using Google Maps or another mutually agreed upon source.

1. Hotel/Accommodation Fee:
   • Reimbursement for reasonable lodging expenses incurred by the Secretary when overnight stays are required.
   • Hotel arrangements may be made by either party, with prior written agreement.

1. Additional Costs:
    
   • Any additional mutually agreed-upon expenses (e.g., tolls, parking, printing supplies) will be reimbursed with receipts provided.

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due within seven (7) business days following the conclusion of the event.
• A deposit of 25% of the estimated total may be required prior to the event.
